Payment Terms

Payments are issued within Net 15–30 days following approved invoice submission and completion verification. Invoices must include work order # and photos.

Please review and accept our performance standards.

1. Scope of Work

Contractor agrees to perform works as defined in individual Work Orders. No work shall be performed without a valid WO number.

2. Not-To-Exceed (NTE)

All prices are capped at the NTE amount. Overages must be approved in writing via the portal prior to work execution.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Emergency calls require acknowledgement within 15 minutes and onsite arrival within 4 hours. Routine calls detailed in WO.

4. Quality & Safety

Contractor must maintain clean work area, follow OSHA guidelines, and provide photos of before/after work.
